Thank you for taking a moment to learn a little bit about us.

Zach started out in 2014 with one rental property. He founded Value Homes Real Estate LLC in 2017 and purchased and managed 12 rental properties since that time. He renovated 5 properties from 2019 to 2020 ranging from light rehabs to full renovations. He also managed a short term rental property in 2020.

Zach and I partnered in 2019 and formed Blue Property Investments LLC in 2020. Between 2020 and 2021, we renovated and sold two single family properties. Since then, we have slowly made the transition to purchasing multi-family and commercial properties.
